With over 27 years of experience in rotating equipment, Nicolas Luce is a recognized specialist in the reliability, inspection, maintenance, and performance optimization of critical industrial assets. His career spans both end-user and OEM environments, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the entire lifecycle of rotating machinery, from design and manufacturing to operation, troubleshooting, and asset integrity management.

Nicolas has developed extensive expertise in a wide range of equipment, including centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, steam and gas turbines, pumps, gearboxes, turboexpanders, and auxiliary systems serving the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and industrial sectors.

He is certified as API Source Inspector – Rotating Equipment (API SIRE #80181) by the American Petroleum Institute, a certification dedicated to the quality surveillance and inspection of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and gears throughout the manufacturing and supply chain process.

With over 37 years of international experience in rotating equipment, industrial projects, and supply chain management, Fabrice Wenger brings exceptional expertise in the execution of complex industrial programs across the energy, oil & gas, power generation, and nuclear sectors.

A graduate of ESAP (École Supérieure des Acheteurs Professionnels, Class of 2000), one of France’s leading institutions dedicated to procurement and supply chain management, Fabrice has developed a career combining strategic sourcing, project management, contract administration, logistics, and industrial operations. His education is broadly comparable to an international specialization in Procurement & Supply Chain Management. 

Throughout his career, he has held senior positions within OEM and industrial organizations, managing the procurement, manufacturing follow-up, logistics, and delivery of critical rotating equipment and engineered systems. His extensive OEM background provides a deep understanding of supplier qualification, manufacturing processes, quality control, and project execution requirements.

Fabrice has also successfully led major EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, international suppliers, and complex stakeholder environments to ensure project delivery on schedule, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.

His experience further extends to the nuclear industry, where rigorous quality assurance, traceability, safety culture, and regulatory compliance are essential. This background reinforces his commitment to operational excellence and risk management throughout the supply chain.
