API Source Inspection Rotating Equipment
Luceo Energy’s technical expertise is supported by an API-certified Source Inspector for Rotating Equipment (SIRE). This internationally recognized certification demonstrates advanced knowledge of rotating equipment manufacturing, inspection, applicable API standards and quality control requirements. It strengthens our ability to supervise suppliers, identify non-conformities and ensure that critical equipment meets contractual and technical specifications.
Field Services Rotating Equipment
Our rotating equipment engineers provide on-site technical support for the inspection, installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of critical machinery. We assist customers during planned shutdowns, emergency interventions and equipment troubleshooting. From compressors and turbines to pumps and auxiliary systems, our teams help identify failures, restore reliability and minimize operational downtime.
Repair & Overhauls
We provide comprehensive repair and overhaul solutions for critical rotating equipment, including compressors, turbines, pumps and gearboxes. Our services cover dismantling, inspection, dimensional control, failure analysis, component repair or replacement, reassembly and testing. Each intervention is performed in accordance with applicable API standards, OEM requirements and customer specifications to restore equipment reliability, performance and service life.
Spare Parts Sourcing
We source and manufacture spare parts for compressors, turbines, pumps, gearboxes and other critical rotating equipment. Our solutions include OEM and qualified alternative parts, reverse engineering, material verification and dimensional quality control. Each component is supplied or manufactured in accordance with applicable technical specifications, industry standards and operational requirements, helping reduce lead times and equipment downtime.
Our reverse engineering services support the replacement of obsolete, damaged or hard-to-source rotating equipment components. Using 3D scanning, dimensional inspection and material analysis, we recreate accurate technical drawings and manufacturing specifications. Each component is redesigned with consideration for its operating conditions, materials and critical tolerances, helping extend equipment life, reduce lead times and limit dependence on the original manufacturer.
